Graduated Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising in 2003, Mitchel Colina started venturing into Gasoline business at the age of 23. Influenced by his brother Marlou, Mitchel has been operating the Philippine business that grew to where it is today.
From a gasoline retail to wholesale gas distribution, Mitchel was able to expand the business into real estate development in a span of 8 years.
Today, Mitchel is one of the youngest local developers in the country today.
Through his leadership, he set standards of excellence while expanding his interest in real estate, and sports.
Marlou Colina
CEO
Marlou Colina is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and design visionary whose influence spans real estate development, aesthetics, and humanitarian service. From a young age, he demonstrated a keen entrepreneurial spirit, building a strong foundation in real estate investment and development that continues to shape communities today.
Known for his refined design sensibilities, Marlou has transformed numerous projects throughout Cebu by integrating world-class architectural and interior concepts that elevate both form and function.
His contributions were internationally recognized in 2025 when he was named among the TOFA 100 Most Influential Filipinos in the World.
